Job Summary:


Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrator/Office Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Administrative Support: Provide critical support to the team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable using XERO, and reconcile accounts as needed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from staff and external partners, and collaborate with management to streamline financial reporting and compliance procedures.

Requirements:



  • Computer Literacy: Strong skills in computer software and applications.
  • XERO Experience: Essential experience in XERO accounting software.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
