**Resource and Administration Officer**
At Mergent, we are committed to advancing the capabilities of our workforce. To further our mission, we are currently in search of a driven individual to join our team. As the Resource and Administration Officer, you will work closely with our internal recruitment team to create and execute efficient recruitment initiatives and oversee administrative functions within our organisation
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect and maintain accurate employee records and accounts
- Onboarding and mobilisation of employees
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and employees
- Coordinate and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Provide administrative support the organisation
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Organise team and industry events
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative matters
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Relevant qualifications in Administration, Finance or HR desirable
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
