Procurement & Logistics Coordinator Role Summary

This is a critical role that involves managing procurement and logistics processes to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams on sales and operations planning to optimize stock holdings at part-number level.
  • Develop and implement effective safety stock and reorder levels based on market demand analysis.
  • Place and manage replenishment orders across multiple factories, ensuring accurate master data management in ERP systems.
  • Consolidate inventory and logistics data to coordinate container shipments and reduce costs.
  • Lead inbound activities including discrepancy resolution, customs clearance, and tariff paperwork.
  • Manage customer returns, assess resale viability, and coordinate repackaging or credit issuance.
  • Reconcile monthly and annual stock records between warehouse and ERP systems to ensure audit compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and data management principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international factory networks.
  • Familiarity with logistics, customs documentation, and tariff concessions.
