The role of Forecast Analyst is based at our National Office in Melbourne and reports to the Inventory & Forecast Manager. This dynamic position plays a critical role in maintaining demand forecast integrity and accuracy.
This is an exciting time to join our highly regarded Inventory & Forecast team as we transform the way we do things and ensure the right product is available at the right place at the right time – making everyday living brighter for our customers.
- Collaborate with the Merchandise Planning team to optimize inventory levels and achieve financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales, margin, and stockturn.
- Support the business through improved forecasts and accurate reporting where key insights are presented to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement throughout the planning function.
- Ensure clear action plans and mitigation strategies are generated through the utilization of demand planning reports.
- Build key inputs and strategies for the Demand TIR (Total Inventory Review) which supports the execution of the Merchandise Product Strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
