Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with local and international suppliers to expand product offerings.
  • Ensure accurate inventory documentation and conduct thorough inventory audits.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support production objectives by meeting supply demands and ensuring timely availability of stock.
  • Forecast and manage purchasing tasks, including scheduled stock ordering and custom product procurement.
  • Coordinate shipping, manage documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders, sales teams, and external partners.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, assess risks, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Negotiate and draft supply contracts, including terms and conditions.
  • Develop inventory strategies that align with demand forecasting.
