
Strategic Inventory Manager

Key Role:
As a vital member of our team, you will be instrumental in enhancing business efficiency and stock management. This position requires an individual with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks and contributing to inventory and logistics strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships with local and international suppliers to expand product offerings.
- Ensure accurate inventory documentation and conduct thorough inventory audits.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Support production objectives by meeting supply demands and ensuring timely availability of stock.
- Forecast and manage purchasing tasks, including scheduled stock ordering and custom product procurement.
- Coordinate shipping, manage documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders, sales teams, and external partners.
- Evaluate vendor performance, assess risks, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Negotiate and draft supply contracts, including terms and conditions.
- Develop inventory strategies that align with demand forecasting.
