With a well-established client base and a clear growth plan, we are seeking an Inventory and Procurement Manager who will take ownership of our end-to-end inventory and procurement operations. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, ensuring reliable supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate, optimised inventory to support revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

What you will be doing:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the inventory management processes, plan and optimise inventory levels with an understanding of international supply chains and lead times to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and availability.
  • Manage procurement from suppliers and maintain supplier relationship & compliance to ensure reliability, redundancy, and competitiveness. Including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier compliance.
  • Lead and coordinate Local and International logistics and freight operations to achieve on-time, damage-free deliveries.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across inventory, procurement, and logistics systems.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide operational and sales objectives.

What you bring:

  • Training or qualifications in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
  • Proven experience in inventory and procurement management within a technical or inventory-heavy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems (Zoho experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in vendor management and international procurement.
  • Understanding of international freight, shipping documentation, and customs compliance.
  • Ability to plan and manage inventory across domestic and international supply chains.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives on process improvement.
