As a trusted advisor, you will provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Your responsibility will be to deliver technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions that meet customers' business needs. To do this, you must have a deep understanding of your customers' businesses. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and maintain effective customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project;
  • Provide technical systems management support or deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements;
  • Perform systems configurations, troubleshoot systems errors/problems, monitor and/or test systems performance;
  • Contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 1-3 years of technical experience and an Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or a related field;
  • Without a degree, one additional year of relevant technical experience (2-4 years in total);
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to assist with the completion of specific deliverables;
  • Able to communicate concepts with team members and peers;
  • Ability to produce basic documentation to required standards.
