Senior Injury Prevention Specialist

Critically important for the workplace is a prevention and proactive management of injuries. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will guide and manage your client's journey as they return to life after physical or psychological injury.
Key Responsibilities- Performing vocational assessments face-to-face and virtually
- Supporting clients to achieve return-to-work goals
- Providing non-compensable or claim-related psychological and psychosocial support to large corporate and government customers
- Managing complex psychological cases
- Utilizing award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve great outcomes
- Flexibility and autonomy to set your own hours, work location, and diary
- Individualized in-house training and development
- Access to an incentive scheme, laptop, mobile phone, and motor vehicle usage reimbursements
- Hold a degree in rehabilitation counseling, social work, and psychology
- Full registration and membership with ASORC, APHRA, or AASW
- Pass a national criminal check prior to commencing employment
- Have a current WWCC (Working With Children Check)
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full driver's license, your own vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
