Senior Rehabilitation Specialist

Our Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our ranks as a Senior Rehabilitation Specialist.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing expert guidance and support to help individuals return to work after injury or illness.
We are looking for someone who possesses exceptional leadership skills, the ability to coach and mentor others, and a deep understanding of occupational health and safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling, and be able to travel for work with a current vehicle and driver's license.
You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of consultants, overseeing their performance and quality, and exploring new opportunities for growth and development.
In addition, you will provide advice and coaching on case management practices, manage a reduced specialist caseload, and identify barriers to returning to work, designing and implementing programs to assist injured employees back into the workforce.
