
Workforce Coordinator

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage field staff to ensure all work orders are completed efficiently and within regulatory time frames.
- Manage workforce scheduling, planning, and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems.
- Conduct regular outbound calls to customers and other parties.
- Identify and consolidate data from clients to plan and allocate work orders.
- Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing.
- Work effectively with systems and databases.
- Ensure all work performed meets contractual quality and safety requirements.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Team Leader/Manager.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling.
- Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia preferred.
- Professional communication skills for speaking with customers and clients.
- Basic to medium competency level using MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook (Excel knowledge essential).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail.
