About the Role
You will be a key member of the HR team, providing support to the recruitment process, performance management, induction, and other human resource functions. This includes coordinating recruitment processes, advising hiring managers, arranging interviews, preparing paperwork, managing files, and liaising with applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Support staff on-boarding, manage staff performance, handle leave arrangements, compensation, and benefits.
- Administer probation reviews for new employees.
- Assist with internal training and monitor completion progress.
- Manage schedules, files, and working materials while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in HR or business.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Australian work rights are required; visa sponsorship is not available.
Working Arrangements
Full-time or part-time employment with varied shifts, including 8 hour shifts and morning, afternoon, or day shifts.
