Job Title: Individual Support Services Organiser

 

As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in facilitating the provision of individualised services to clients. This involves working with clients and workforce engagement coordinators to identify care teams, schedule shift times, respond to daily communication, and update/make changes to rosters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the provision of individualised services to clients
  • Work with clients and workforce engagement coordinators to establish care teams and schedule shift times
  • Respond to daily communication from clients and staff, updating and making changes to rosters as needed
  • Have performance feedback conversations with frontline staff
  • Assist with the development of individual support plans, risk assessments, and other administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in rostering procedures and carelink rostering systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Implementation of person-centred approaches to service delivery
  • Administrational experience
  • Excellent phone manner

 

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Disability/Aged Services or equivalent experience
