Workforce Allocation Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists to join a team responsible for coordinating and driving field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end within regulatory time frames.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administration skills, with the ability to maintain high-level attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating and managing workforce scheduling, planning, and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems.
  • Conducting regular outbound calls to customers and other parties.
  • Identifying and consolidating data from clients to plan and allocate work orders.
  • Maintaining field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing.
  • Working efficiently with client systems and databases.
  • Ensuring all work performed meets contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling.
  • Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia preferred.
  • Professional and confident speaking with customers and clients.
  • Basic to medium competency level using MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills.
  • High-level attention to detail.
