Job Description

As Business Transformation Leader, you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the business across multiple national locations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Australian P&L including revenue, sales and operations
  • Creating a vision and rolling out a business plan to take the organisation into the next part of its operations as it navigates the post-acquisition market
  • Leading a range of operational excellence initiatives such as sales, HR, finance, culture, process and customer engagement with a view to continually improving current operations
  • Lead the integration of current and future acquisition activities with a focus on culture, attraction & retention of talent as well as business continuity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive commercial skill set
  • Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, distribution or fabrication
  • Leadership skills, leading with decisiveness and empathy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to leverage the history of the organisation while creating an environment that enables the attraction and retention of talent in this new landscape for the business
