Job Title:
Senior Business Development Manager
The role of Senior Business Development Manager is focused on driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
You will be responsible for leading a team of business development professionals in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed organizational goals.
This role requires a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Nurture existing broker relationships to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage an active sales pipeline from lead generation through to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
