Job Title: Senior HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our dynamic team.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative HVAC systems that meet client needs, working closely with our design teams.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, offering tailored technical solutions to meet their specific challenges.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market presence and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from design through to successful delivery.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to leverage their industry knowledge and strong communication skills to help drive success and growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design engineering and client-facing engagement, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and client engagement, including a mix of HVAC design engineering and customer service/proposal submissions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Victorian HVAC industry, with established connections with builders, consultants, tenants, and developers.
  • Demonstrated ability to combine engineering expertise to successfully manage projects from HVAC design and construction, from proposal to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
