About the Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Valiant as a Business Growth Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of new and improved processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintaining relationships with clients to create a pipeline of repeat business
  • Helping small business owners compare and apply for finance from over 85+ lenders, including the 4 big banks
  • Consistently delivering excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 year sales experience either face-to-face or phone-based
  • Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Keen interest in learning about finance
  • Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
  • Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Location:Surry Hills, Sydney
