Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in Brisbane Metro. As a key member of the sales management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives;
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive sales growth;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions;
  • Implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge;
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
