Job Title: Regional Director

About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our team of store managers and contribute to the success of Ally Fashion. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of store managers, overseeing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Oversee store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Develop and implement store improvement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the central team to develop and implement company-wide strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the central team to develop and implement company-wide strategies and initiatives
