Job Opportunity

The Client Relationship Manager is a pivotal role that necessitates creating and implementing a sales strategy for Health and Benefits in Western Australia to meet new business objectives. This position involves providing service and support to existing clients, developing relationships with insurers, clients, and other stakeholders, and representing the organization professionally.

  • Create and execute a sales plan for H&B in WA to achieve new business targets.
  • Offer service and support to existing H&B clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders, representing the organization professionally.
  • Foster internal relationships with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office to integrate H&B solutions to existing clients and potential clients via RFPs.
  • Establish internal relationships with the General Manager WA, Head of Sales H&B, Managing Director H&B, and other members of the H&B team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Industry-related qualifications and a relevant business degree are desirable.
  • Proficient in sales, driving sales initiatives, and identifying and closing out opportunities.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work as the sole H&B Consultant in the State.
  • Knowledge of a successful sales process is critical, as well as Group Risk and Group Medical would be highly regarded.
  • Proven sales and service experience in the H&B or related market.
