\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Develop and execute comprehensive pipeline development strategies to ensure predictable revenue growth.\
  • Win new business directly through sales approaches and extend existing account relationships into new geographies.\
  • Build strategic relationships with C-suite decision-makers to influence organisational wellbeing strategy.\
  • Present at major industry conferences and client events to showcase our expertise.\
  • Sell integrated wellbeing solutions directly to enterprise clients to address critical organisational health challenges.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative wellbeing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience selling business value-driven software solutions with consistent achievement of $1M+ annual quotas.\
  • A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or customer-focused discipline.\
  • A proven track record in multinational B2B sales with multiple stakeholders and complex procurement processes.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.\
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
