Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to grow WTW's presence in the Perth market, capitalizing on recent successes and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients.

This position requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of the Western Australian health and benefits market, as well as a proven track record in Group Risk Insurance and/or Private Health Insurance.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan for Health and Benefits in WA to meet new business targets, providing service and support to existing Health and Benefits clients, and building relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders.

Additionally, this role will involve developing internal relationships with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office to integrate Health and Benefits solutions to existing clients and potential clients via RFPs, as well as collaborating with senior leaders within the organization.
