Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to drive growth in our Health and Benefits division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets new business targets while maintaining a portfolio of existing clients.


The Role
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to expand our presence in the Western Australian Health and Benefits market.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to our existing Health and Benefits clients.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Health and Benefits solutions into existing client portfolios.

Requirements
  • A relevant degree and industry-related qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of driving initiatives and closing opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of Group Risk and Group Medical insurance would be highly regarded.
  • Tier 1 qualification is essential.
