We are seeking a skilled Professional to expand our Health & Benefits presence in Western Australia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to build on recent success and drive growth in the market.
The Role- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet new business targets for Health & Benefits in WA.
- Provide exceptional service and support to existing Health & Benefits clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and other key stakeholders, professionally representing our organization.
- Industry-related qualifications and a relevant degree are highly desirable.
- Proficient in sales, driving sales initiatives, and identifying and closing opportunities.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently as the sole Health & Benefits Consultant in the State.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales and service experience in the Health & Benefits or related market, along with a strong network and understanding of the Western Australian financial/benefits market. Tier 1 qualification is also highly regarded.
