This is a sales role in Health and Benefits with responsibilities including developing a sales plan for Health & Benefits in Western Australia, providing service and support to existing clients, developing relationships with insurers, clients, and stakeholders, representing our organization professionally.


Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet new business targets in the Health & Benefits sector.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to existing clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, clients, and internal teams, to facilitate successful business outcomes.
  • Promote and integrate Health & Benefits solutions with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office through effective partnerships and RFPs.

Requirements
  • Desirable: industry-related qualifications and a business degree.
  • Proficient in sales, driving initiatives, and identifying opportunities to achieve business objectives.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently as the primary Health & Benefits consultant in the State.
  • Detailed knowledge of successful sales processes and Group Risk/Group Medical insurance.
  • Proven sales and service experience in H&B or related markets.
  • A strong network and understanding of the WA financial/benefits market.
