Job Opportunity: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Charterhouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members of the public via telephone and email
  • Support and maintain a positive image of the Council through professional standards of personal presentation and provision of services/advice in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Deliver service to a high-volume call centre while contributing to Key Performance Indicators required

Requirements:

  • Experience in both face-to-face and high-volume telephone customer services
  • Demonstrated experience within a call centre environment including experience in using a customer management or request tracking application
  • Experience working in an administrative environment with a strong customer and team focus
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Language other than English will be an advantage
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards work
