**The Role**

We're seeking a career-focused individual looking for an opportunity to develop their skills in the fast-paced Transport & Logistics Industry as a **PM** **Administrator & Customer Service Officer**. The successful applicant will be an admin all-rounder, with the ability to be adaptable and dependable within our varied working environment utilising multiple computer systems.

This is a Full Time position within our VIC operations team, Afternoon Shift.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Entering connote into TMS ensuring accuracy
- Creating the Manifest for the interstate linehaul loads each night
- Completing dangerous goods Manifest where applicable, ensuring the correct paperwork goes with the driver
- Completion of EIPs as required
- Process the local driver runsheets for FAA & subcontractor drivers at the end of the day
- Provide back up for customer service officer
- Assisting other team members and department as required
- Preparing connote revenue for accounts
- Other basic administrative and customer service duties

- Prior transport industry experience (highly desirable)
