The Role

This position is part of our National Transport division, where you will provide critical administrative support. As the primary point of contact for transport-related queries, you will ensure seamless transportation of vehicles, optimizing financial returns for sellers and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of transport orders
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with transport-related queries
  • Negotiate transport costs and manage logistics
  • Monitor and follow up on existing transport bookings to ensure timely delivery
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administration environment
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • SAP experience is beneficial
  • A positive attitude and teamwork skills
