Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Inbound Contact Centre team. As the first point of contact for prospective customers and existing members, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience through positive energy, empathy, and a passion to help others.

Your primary focus will be to identify customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and create a memorable experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions that enhance their lifestyle.
  2. Ask effective questions to identify customer requirements and guide conversations in a customer-centric manner.
  3. Maintain high-quality service and contribute to a positive member experience in every interaction.
Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment.
  • High level of resilience and the ability to persevere through challenges with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure while showing empathy and understanding to customers.
  • Comfortable working autonomously as part of a hybrid Sales team within a rostered contact centre.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to determine customer needs.
  • Initiative to support customers with product suggestions to address their needs.
  • Confidence in working with KPIs and targets in a customer needs-based inbound sales environment.
  • Strong computer literacy to navigate multiple product and customer systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and respect for colleagues.
