Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

This is a full-time 12-month contract position based in our Sunshine Coast head office. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for donors, building lasting relationships and requesting donations to support our mission.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, following communication scripts, and identifying donors' needs to offer tailored solutions where necessary.

  1. Thanking donors and fostering positive donor journeys.
  2. Providing solutions to address donors' needs and build on existing relationships.
  3. Engaging with various groups to bolster our mission, including government, corporate, volunteers, and supporters.
  4. Documenting all conversations and interactions in Salesforce.
  5. Meeting personal and team fundraising targets.
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records.
About You

You have experience in customer and administrative support roles with strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. You're passionate about communicating a cause and have the ability to engage and inspire donors to action.

Key qualities include being organised, able to prioritise tasks, and manage your time effectively. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to work semi-autonomously, you're ready to contribute to a cause that makes a real difference.
