Community Engagement Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of Support Workers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional services. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for human rights and social change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to achieve their best results.
  • Ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.
  • Provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in disability services, a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, and strong computer, finance, and compliance skills. They must also be empathetic and understanding of diverse experiences, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be qualified and ready for a First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
