
Client Engagement Specialist

The Client Engagement Specialist will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and engagement to clients across various channels. This includes phone, web chat, email, paper, and online portals to assist clients with their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate challenging interactions with professionalism. They will also be able to understand individual client circumstances and provide tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients through various channels to help them meet their taxation, superannuation, and registration obligations.

- Engage in meaningful conversations to support and facilitate client's payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.
- Navigate challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, including support for vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis.
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
- Knowledge of taxation, superannuation, and registration policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
