About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Moxy Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
  • Ensure the hotel meets quality and service standards, and make improvements as needed
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting operational and service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
