Cell Tower Acquisition Lead

">Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition leads and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain frequent communication with prospective landlords, negotiate agreements, and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Originate and acquire wireless infrastructure assets through strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Enhance lead quality through continuous market research activities and competitive analysis.
- Manage the pipeline and create lead activities using CRM systems, leveraging data insights to drive decision-making.
- Meet quarterly and annual performance targets as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business or Finance, with a strong understanding of financial markets and analytical tools.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales within finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition, or similar fields, demonstrating expertise in deal-making and relationship-building.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
