Key Responsibilities- Research and compile customer lists using various sources such as trade shows, direct mail responses, and online websites.
- Maintain a CRM system to manage pipeline and create lead activities.
- Originates wireless infrastructure assets through market research and lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition, or similar fields.
- Proficient English communication skills (oral and written).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and associated dashboard functionality.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet, and database management.
- Sitting at a desk for extended periods.
- Working on a computer for prolonged hours.
This position requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes effectively.
