Chief Wireless Asset Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
The Acquisition Director for Wireless Infrastructure role involves negotiating lump-sum cash payments with public and private cell tower landlords. The successful candidate will research and compile lists of prospective customers, make outbound calls to potential clients, and acquire wireless infrastructure assets.
Conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education. Key requirements include:
- Graduate degree in Business or Finance
- 3-5 years of sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition, or similar
- Prior work experience with a CRM system and associated dashboard and reporting functionality
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
The Acquisition Director for Wireless Infrastructure position offers a range of benefits, including:
