Acquisition Director for Wireless Infrastructure

This role is responsible for negotiating lump-sum cash payments with public and private cell tower landlords. The Acquisition Director will research and compile lists of prospective customers, make outbound calls to potential clients, and acquire wireless infrastructure assets.
Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
- Negotiate agreements with landlords to acquire future rental income
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly/annual goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education
- Graduate degree in Business or Finance
- 3-5 years of sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition, or similar
- Prior work experience with a CRM system and associated dashboard and reporting functionality
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
