Wireless Infrastructure Asset Acquisitions Specialist

The Senior Acquisition Director is responsible for negotiating and acquiring wireless infrastructure assets from public and private cell tower landlords. This role involves building rapport with prospective landlords, conducting market research, and utilizing CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and compile lists of potential customers for use as acquisition leads.
- Negotiate and acquire wireless infrastructure assets through telephone calls, mail, and email communications.
- Originate and acquire new wireless infrastructure assets.
- Perform market research to enhance lead quality.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline and create lead activities.
- Graduate degree in Business or Finance.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition, or similar.
- Fluency in English is required (both oral and written).
