Job Description

The Site Acquisition Officer will be accountable for the Management of Acquisition and Design projects delivered by the Wireless Program Office, providing new Macro and Microcell and augmented Mobile base station infrastructure into the Telco's Wireless Networks reporting to the Southern Region Senior Lead - Site Acquisition Environment & Design.

This role provides specialist technical and project management for the engagement, delivery management and closure of projects to meet the relevant business demands for an allocated portfolio of projects ensuring that the components of a project are managed in accordance with the Project Plan associated with the relevant deed of contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering assigned projects to meet customer, time, cost, quality and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements.
  • Having a detailed knowledge and understanding of Mobile CMTS projects.
  • Having a sound knowledge of the Wireless Program Office (WPO) Contractor Delivery model and being able to display astute commercial acumen in the delivery of contracted works.
