Key Role: Event Operations Coordinator
About the PositionThis role is responsible for ensuring seamless event operations across multiple streams, including logistics management, supplier coordination, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of event operations, encompassing deliveries, equipment setup, crew mobilization, accreditation, and inventory management to guarantee a smooth operational experience.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams, partners, contractors, and external agencies to ensure successful collaboration and outcomes.
To excel in this position, candidates will require:
- Proven experience in event operations, particularly in logistics, production, theming, and brand execution within high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Strong technical and administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Flexibility in work arrangements and preparedness to adapt to changing circumstances.
