Job Opportunity
">The Resourcing Officer will be responsible for providing support to the Operational Logistics Department by ensuring operational resource requirements are met in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
About The Role
">This role involves allocating staff skill mix to Public Event shift vacancies, coordinating rostering of operational employees during major events, and updating data in Roster system to ensure staff rostering is accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities

- Allocate appropriate staff skill mix to Public Event shift vacancies">
- Coordinate rostering of operational employees during major events">
- Ensure Public Event shift vacancies are filled in accordance with relevant Award provisions and policies">
- Update and maintain data in Roster system to ensure staff rostering is accurately recorded and available for management reporting purposes">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
