About Our ClientOur client is a leading provider of fast, high-quality windscreen replacements and repairs with over 100 fitting centres and hundreds of technicians across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and provide information on products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer service goals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
The successful applicant will be solution-focused and service-oriented, as they will primarily be handling customer calls related to issues such as damages and incidents.
