About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on their community. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch, responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their financial needs. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and external development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a customer service environment, demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results, and excellent communication skills. You will also have an eagerness to understand and share with others what makes Bendigo and Adelaide Bank different. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their financial needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Contribute to a high-performing team environment
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. This role is located in Warrandyte and requires a full-time commitment of 76 hours per fortnight.
