As a key member of our organization, the Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transition of clients to our SMSF, Investment Management and Corporate Compliance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with existing and new clients to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for our cloud products and BGL Data Services
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee clients have a positive experience during migration and onboarding
- Provide timely and professional assistance to clients through various communication channels
- Organize client training sessions on BGL cloud products as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Superb customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- The ability to manage sensitive data while maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities
