A technical account manager is a pivotal role in driving customer adoption and use of cloud technology. Working closely with customers, you will provide expert advice on architecture, support strategy, projects, launch planning, and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for customers.
  • E nsure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using technical acumen and customer obsession.
  • Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
