We offer a wide range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our APAC regional team as a Regional Operations Manager.

The Role

">

You will be responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and teams. Your focus will be on driving operational results, ensuring fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in your region. You will own the execution of end-to-end processes that support these objectives, including real estate expansion projects, fleet management, property management, health and safety norms, and partner procurement.

You will report directly to the Regional Operations Director and play a crucial role in the execution of our operations. You will need to coordinate with your team members and local operations to achieve desired results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand, adapt, and contribute to the evolution of local operational procedures, ensuring their applicability to your region.">
  • Maximize operational efficiency and fleet availability through vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting procedures.">
  • Guarantee proper stock management and ensure your region has the necessary inventory and spare parts to maintain operations.">
  • Act as the regional point of contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring daily operations meet quality and throughput standards.">
  • Coordinate and lead the development and negotiation of supplier relationships, including those related to fleet maintenance, real estate, and operational services.">
  • Contribute to business growth through fleet network development, real estate procurement, and partner network expansion.">
  • Ensure local operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, creating physical spaces that enable operational excellence.">
  • Control vehicle operating costs, inventory efficiency, and overall cost management within your region.">
  • Support regional growth and expansion projects, contributing insights and leadership to ensure smooth execution.">

What We Offer

As a Regional Operations Manager, you can expect a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements

  • Educational background in Engineering, Mechanical Education, Business Management, or a similar field. Experience in fleet management, logistics, procurement, supplier management, or a related field is highly valued.">
  • Action-oriented with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and ensure smooth workflow.">
  • Organized and analytical with strong data analysis skills, task management, and prioritization abilities.">
  • Attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed procedures closely.">
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to work closely with team members and local teams.">
  • Adaptable and resilient with the ability to adjust plans to meet evolving demands.">
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal teams, local partners, and external stakeholders.">
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Italian or German is highly desirable.">
