Financial Operations Manager

As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow and payroll for 50 staff on a fortnightly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Responsible for Award based payroll for our team located across 4 different locations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of administrative and organisational skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in administrative or accounting role
- Familiarity with Award based payroll or similar systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new trends and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
