Job Title: Strategic Design


About the Role:


We're looking for an experienced Strategic Design professional to join our Digital - Customer Experience team at Telstra.


As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand, design, and improve our customer experience. You'll work closely with our Principal Designer, product owners, experience designers, business analysts, and technical architects to define the experience vision for our customer experience pillars.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Define the experience vision (ideal end state) for our customer experience pillars
  • Collaborate across teams and the broader business to understand and articulate the customer, agent, and operational experience
  • Communicate complex research and design topics simply with the ability to tailor communications based on audience

Requirements:


We're looking for someone with a track record of improving customer experiences, from defining a vision to exploring and validating concepts across channels. You'll need to be able to articulate quantifiable outcomes and have experience working within cross-functional teams.
