About the RoleThis is a full-time, fixed-term position until 31 December 2025. As a Senior Records Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing significant assistance across the organisation in the maintenance and uptake of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) – Content Manager.
You will be responsible for file creation, the identification and classification of records, monitoring of data integrity while providing timely and efficient customer service to the wider University community.
Key Responsibilities- Manage records using Content Manager or similar EDRMS.
- Provide high-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft communications, and good interpersonal skills.
- Manage time effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of recordkeeping processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective recordkeeping practices.
