Senior Records Services Officer

Job Summary
The University of Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Records Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our records management team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on the maintenance and uptake of our Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) – Content Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide significant assistance across the organisation in the maintenance and uptake of the EDRMS – Content Manager.
- Manage records using Content Manager or similar EDRMS.
- Monitor data integrity and provide timely and efficient customer service to the wider University community.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with both hardcopy and electronic recordkeeping processes.
- Advanced keyboard and computing skills.
- High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft communications, and good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills with an excellent attention to detail.
